Cheating

Using software, hardware, exploits, or automation to gain an unfair advantage.

• Penalty: Permanent ban on first confirmed offense
• Appeals: Allowed only for false‑positive review

Names that contain hate speech, slurs, sexual content, or otherwise break the Acceptable Use Policy in our EULA.

• First action: Ban player and inform Steam that they must rename their display name.  Player must contact Customer Service once their name has changed to un-ban their account.
• Permanent ban: If player refuses to update their display name or if they continue to use another inappropriate name.

Intentionally disrupting matches or other players.

Examples include:

• Repeated intentional AFK
• Match throwing
• Objective sabotage
• Griefing mechanics

Steps:

• First action: Temporary ban for 24 hours
• Escalation: One week suspension for repeated behavior
• Permanent ban: Only for sustained, intentional patterns
