Yes! On the Main Menu, select Settings and navigate to the Game tab. There, you can choose to modify the controls. You'll be able to rebind any of the inputs to your controller's buttons. This menu can also be accessed in Practice mode by pausing and tabbing over to the Options tab. You'll see the Controls option again, which will allow you to remap your inputs. You can also adjust controls on the Character select screen in local versus or from the Online Menu page.
